Customers
What is the Customers page?
The Customers page shows you everyone who has joined your loyalty programme — in Budski, customers are called Adventurers. Each one scanned your QR code at your counter to join.
Budski stores no personal information about your customers. You will not see names, phone numbers, or email addresses here. Each customer is identified by a sequential number and an anonymised code.
The four summary cards

At the top of the page you will see four figures:
- Total customers — your entire loyalty base
- Active (30 days) — customers who visited at least once in the last 30 days
- New this week — customers who joined in the last 7 days
- Avg stamps — the average number of stamps per customer (a useful measure of engagement)
The customer list
Below the summary is a table showing every customer, ordered by most recent visit. Each row shows:
- A sequential number and when they joined
- Their total stamp count
- A Frequency label — Daily visitor, Regular, Weekly, Monthly, or Occasional — based on how often they visit relative to how long they have been a member
- When they last visited
This view helps you spot your most loyal customers and notice when your base as a whole is drifting.
No customers yet?
If the list is empty, you need to get your QR code in front of people. Go to My Team, click the QR & Materials tab, and print one of the poster templates. Put it on your counter where customers can see it.
The moment the first person scans it, they will appear in this list.
